What services are covered by insurance?
Medically necessary services refer to interventions or treatments deemed essential for addressing a person's physical or mental health condition, as determined by medical professionals. These services are typically evidence-based and aimed at diagnosing, preventing, or treating illnesses or injuries.
I utilize approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing Techniques. I believe therapy is solution-focused and trauma-informed. I specialize in conditions from Anxiety/Depression to BPD and Complex Trauma. My experience includes gender identity, multicultural issues, generational differences, and more.
