CAREERS AT REIMAGINE COUNSELING
CLINICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
Conducting individual, Family, or Relationship Psychotherapy (Special consideration to those to whom have knowledge and experience working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and other diverse populations)
Developing therapeutic treatment plans, maintaining appropriate clinical records
Case management and Collateral Communication
Attending monthly staff meetings and weekly clinical consultation meetings

Demonstrable psychotherapy skill and training
Must be highly-trained, and independently licensed in Massachusetts
Either current or projected desire to develop a specialization regarding a therapeutic approach (EMDR, CCPT, CBT, ACT, etc) or diagnosis (Depression, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Substance Abuse)
Must be willing to build and maintain a practice of 29 client hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, commitment to providing quality services, and have the capacity to work independently.
A Master’s or Doctorate Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., LICSW, or LMHC) in psychology, counseling, or social work
An active, unrestricted license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW). Candidates who are not yet licensed will NOT be considered
Full Time: Clinicians with 25 or more client hours per week
Part Time: Clinicians with 15 or more clients hours per week
CLINICIAN SCHEDULE
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions: Autonomy over your schedule with Weekdays, Evening, and Weekend hours are available.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The therapist will be an employee, not an independent contractor, and will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis which includes meetings in addition to psychotherapy sessions.

Independently Licensed Clinicians: $70-$45 per hour (depending on CPT billing codes)
