At times, expressing our thoughts, emotions, and perspectives can seem impossible. We may feel invalidated by others, but deep down, we know our truth. That's where I come in as a counselor with extensive experience supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, identity issues, family relationships, Nero divergent disorders, gender identity, and sexuality.

My approach to treatment is highly individualized and draws from several evidence-based practices, including Person-Centered, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT. Through this tailored approach, I provide compassionate, skillful, and effective support to clients.

During times of uncertainty and stress, we all need someone who can help us be the best version of ourselves. That's why I take a person-centered and socially-just approach to counseling, focusing on building your inner strength and resilience. As we collaborate, we'll develop strategies to help you navigate the unexpected challenges life throws your way. With my background as a teacher, business leader, and non-profit professional, we'll work on a variety of topics, such as processing trauma, overcoming negative thinking patterns, and creating more time for the activities you enjoy. Above all, I'm dedicated to helping you connect with individuals who support your personal growth. In therapy, I view each session as a journey of self-discovery and transformation, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
