I am an experienced group leader with over 5 years group experience. My primary approach to group therapy involves a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Boston Model of Group Dynamics. Given these two approaches, I ensure an environment that provides compassion and empathy to the room. Given my experience with the Boston Model of Group Dynamics, I am an expert at building group cohesion to ensure a safe and open environment. The group is a place to express yourself at present and to engage with others in the spirit of openness, celebration, and connection.
