I work with individuals 18+, and my expertise includes anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I work from a framework of foundational techniques, including CBT, DBT, IFS, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic theory. As an art therapist, I also incorporate many creative methods as a means of expression.
I utilize humor and a friendly, open approach to create a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and expression. You are the expert on yourself, and I am here to be a supportive guide in working toward healing and growth.
