Let’s talk about your struggles! Anxiety, Relationships, Trauma, Dissociation, Feeling Stuck in Life with no Way Out. Sometimes, life can make us feel as if we are sinking in quicksand…the irony is that the more you struggle, the more you sink.

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a comprehensive background for promoting mental, emotional, and social well-being. I hold two Master’s Degrees in Philosophy and Psychoanalytic Counseling. I am Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and Delaware. In addition to my academic achievements, I am a Level 2 - Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) with specialty in Trauma-Informed Dissociation, Borderline Personality, and Attachment Theory. Finally, I have served as a Professor of Psychology and Philosophy for various Higher Educational Institutions.

Throughout my career, I've practiced mental health counseling in both the US and the United Kingdom. I specialize in areas such as: Identity Formation (Personal, Dissociative, and Social), Anxiety/Stress, Depression, Personality Disorders, and Relationship challenges. I am committed to fostering individual empowerment and embracing life stories and experiences.

In my clinical practice, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches with advanced training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. In addition, I utilize other techniques including Motivational Interviewing and Rational-Emotive Techniques. Grounded in a solution-focused and trauma-informed perspective, I specialize in addressing conditions from Anxiety/Depression to BPD and Complex Trauma. My expertise extends beyond Mental Health including: Self-Actualization, Motivation, Relationship, personal growth or Healthy Habits Development. By utilizing the science of Behavioral Change, I work with clients to both transcend that which keeps you struggling and towards a life worth living.

With a focus on creating a supportive and life-embracing therapeutic environment, I am here to guide individuals through their unique journeys of self-discovery and healing. I believe in the power of collaborative exploration and am dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting positive change.
